Into the Burrow Studio specializes in handmade resin creations and other crafts, including (but not limited to) art pieces, jewellery, coasters, keychains, decorative homeware, and gift items. Products are sold online and at in-person events.

Custom orders & payment
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are created based on the details confirmed at the time of order (e.g., colour, size, design, inclusions).
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
Payment:
Full payment is required before production begins on custom orders.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and debit/credit card.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping and Delivery:
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Processing times vary depending on order complexity; estimated completion and shipping times will be communicated at purchase.
Into the Burrow Studio is not responsible for postal or courier delays, loss, or damage occurring after dispatch.
Returns and Refunds:
Custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects that occur during production.
Non-custom (ready-made) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Event sales & intellectual property
Event Sales:
Items sold at markets, fairs, or other in-person events are sold as-is.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all items before purchase, as returns are not accepted for event sales unless the product is found to be faulty.
Intellectual Property:
All product designs, photographs, artwork, and branding are the property of Into the Burrow Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Agreement
By purchasing from Into the Burrow Studio, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
